The auditorium has designated wheelchair seats with easy access into the building via a sloped ramp at the Greendale Road entrance. Please advise us of your intended visit in order for us to provide assistance if required.
Our auditorium is fitted with a hearing loop, please ask a steward for details once you arrive at the venue. We also offer signed and relaxed performances for some shows.

Concessions tickets are available to purchase on selected shows. This information is displayed during the booking process online, or will be made aware to you when purchasing over the phone or in person.
A Concession is classed as Senior Citizens aged 60 plus, Students with valid ID, and Children under the age of 16 years old.
Please note that children under the age of 2 years old who are able to sit on a lap do not require a ticket.
Seats can be pre-booked should you book in advance on our website, over the phone or in person at our Box Office.
Due to the size of our auditorium we cannot ‘reserve’ or ‘hold’ seats.
A select few of our shows will be General Admission and therefore seats will be not be allocated.
We accept all major Credit and Debit cards, PayPal Transactions and Cash. We do not accept American Express.
You can pay for tickets online, over the phone or in person at our Box Office.
We have a fully licensed bar which is open prior to performances and during the interval.
Please note that we do not serve customers during the performance and any drinks taken into the auditorium must be in a plastic cup or hot drinks contained with a lid.
We do NOT allow smoking or the use of e-cigarettes in the theatre, theatre doorways, or on the theatre grounds. Smoking is allowed at the front of the building and should you leave the building during a performance, please ensure you collect a smoking pass from one of our Stewards.
We offer free essential companion seats should customers hold a Carer ID Card, CEA Card and/or Nimbus Access Card. These tickets must be booked through the Box Office. Should you wish to discuss access requirements, please call our Box Office team on 0151 643 8757 Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4:30pm.
